Gofer Mining enters into agreement
to acquire controlling stake in Isortoq exploration project

Gofer Mining plc is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to purchase 51% of Irish registered VTi Limited at a valuation of £ 66.7 million.

VTi Limited owns 100% of Resource 500 FEVTI Limited, the owner of the Greenland Titanium Vanadium exploration project with license number 2017-27.

The company will be renamed Gofer Rare Metals and form the foundation of the Gofer Mining business of rare and unique metals.

The deposit has a CIM Inferred Class resource of 70.3 million metric tons estimated by multiple parties including Xstrata containing 29.6% Iron, 10.9% Titanium, 0.144% Vanadium as well as amounts of olivine.
